If you are going to Kathmandu, Pokhara , Chitwan from the Kakarvitta, you can get a direct bus from Kakarvitta. However this is a long 12 to 15 hours journey. Alternatively you can take a flight from Bhadrapur to Kathmandu. You can take a taxi to reach Bhadrapur. Bhadrapur is one of the nearest Airport of Kakarvitta. There are daily morning and afternoon flights (currently operated by Buddha Air and Yeti Airlines) that take less than 50 minutes of flying time to Kathmandu.
